I was drawn to birth work in 2019 and realized it was my passion. I have a deep belief and trust in the wisdom of the body to birth. The truth is you have everything you need to birth your baby. I am here to help you navigate the journey.

I am doula trained through Carriage House Birth. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor, and a Childbirth Educator trained through Birth Advocacy. I had an empowering home birth with both my son and daughter.

I want you to go into your birth feeling as prepared and supported as possible. There is so much information and it can feel overwhelming at times. I want you to have a familiar face, voice and presence that is with you every step of the way.

I am also a professional videographer and photographer. I’ve have worked with brands such as Google, Timberland and Adidas. I shot my own documentary while backpacking Europe. Now I channeled that creativity into capturing birth.

When I am not helping clients I spend every moment I can with my 3 year old son Reef and my 3-month-old daughter Lua.
