It is remarkable to witness someone move through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This is an opportunity to get to know yourself in a completely new way mentally, physically and emotionally. Your birth will change you. I believe it is so valuable to have a constant source of support during this period. This is a time to connect deeply to yourself and your own knowing.
At the core of my being I long to help people know themselves. I believe that starts by supporting people through life-changing moments. I know the power of human-to-human connection.
As you take the time to explore the site you will see I have multiple offerings to fit your individual needs. I have a birth support program, postpartum offerings as well as childbirth education. Many of my offerings can be done virtually. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
